We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Lead .NET Developer to join our client's dynamic team in Antwerp. As the Lead .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development team, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
2. Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable .NET applications in accordance with client requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
5. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting code quality and adherence to coding standards.
7. Work closely with project managers to estimate project timelines, identify risks, and propose effective solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar role.
2. Extensive hands-on experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
3. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a development team.
5. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
6. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
7. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely solutions.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
