Freelance KMA (Quality, Environment and Working environment) Professional (ZZP)

Job description & tasks

• Ensures, implements and assesses quality related standards and legal Health Safety & Environment requirements in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.

• Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Quality checking of documents and verifications according and in line with contract requirements.

• Proofreading translations into Swedish. Ensure right terminology is applied and in line with Trafikverkets standards. Quality assure the language is short and concise (avoiding unnecessary questions and additional work for us making clarifications and changes).

• HSE on-site coordination. And compliance to the contract regulations. Notify the client if changed circumstances effect the contract conditions.

• Officemanagement & Project administration.

• Work location is in Stockholm, Sweden. Must speak/write/read fluently Swedish.

• Assist the project manager and project director with managing/administrating the project.

• Monitor, change and implement processes for efficient meet the contract requirements quality wise.

• Direct contact with the client to discuss and plan quality assurance.

Job requirements

• Have experience from public client handling and managements within complex large infrastructure projects.

• Previous experience of public document handling systems.

• Version document handling and tracking.

• Write diversion reports/notification within the project.

• Experience from risk management and practical HSE handling.

• Pre-qualification requirements within public procurement contracts.

• Experience from AFS-legislation (via ) effecting operations.

• Contract management and procurement assistance to fulfil contracted obligations and defend rights within the KMA area.
