Freelance Grant Writer

The South Street Headhouse Business District is seeking a free lance grant writer help identify and write grants from government and non-government sources to support the District in maintaining public assets (trees, trash cans), programming (festivals and night markets), economic development (pop-up shops), and beautification (murals, lighting).

Grant Writer duties and responsibilities:

Research grant opportunities

Draft grant proposals and required supporting documents

Submit proposals for review and approval.

Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted proposals.

Maintain positive relationships with fund providers and other stakeholders.

Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities.

The hourly rate is $50.00There is also opportunity for part or full time work.
