We're looking for experienced freelance Floor Plan Surveyors tojoin our growing supplier network.

What You'll Do

• Visit properties to measure rooms and internal spaces accurately.
• Create clear and accurate floor plans.
• Record room dimensions and property layouts.
• Identify key property features and include them in the floor plan.
• Ensure all measurements are accurate before submission.
• Upload floor plans through the Keylr platform.
• Communicate with Property Managers through the platform.
• Complete jobs within the agreed schedule and SLA.

Requirements

• Previous proven experience creating property floor plans orcarrying out measured property surveys.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use floor plan measuring tools or software.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Professional, reliable, and organised.
• DBS Certificate that is no more than 3 years old
• Familiar with UK property standards and compliance requirements
• Right to Work status in the UK
• Relevant insurance as a sole trader
• Use your own software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the UK residential or commercial property sector.
• Experience working with estate agents, letting agents, surveyors,housing associations, or property management companies.
• Experience using floor plan software such as CubiCasa, Magicplan,or AutoCAD.
• GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language (preferred).
