Role Summary

Platinum Foods is seeking an experienced Executive Chef Consultant on a freelance, short-term basis to support our sister brand, RAYU-a modern Pan-Asian culinary concept.

We need an expert in Pan-Asian cuisine to refine our existing menu, standardise kitchen procedures, and mentor our culinary team to ensure high quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, refine, and elevate RAYU's Pan-Asian menu, flavour profiles, and visual presentation.
• Standardise cooking methods, portion controls, and recipe specs for consistency.
• Deliver hands on training, coaching, and skill sharing to the kitchen team.
• Advise on ingredient selection, sourcing, kitchen workflow, and prep efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven background as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in high-volume or premium Pan-Asian kitchens.
• Strong menu development and recipe standardisation expertise.
• Excellent communication and hands on mentoring skills.
• Immediate or short-term availability for on-site consultancy in London/Surrey.
