Freelance Estimator - Commercial Tender Lead

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Freelance Estimator or Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to lead pricing and tendering for commercial works in South Wales / South West. The role requires independence, strong commercial contracting knowledge and proven experience with schedules of rates.

The successful candidate will prepare detailed estimates, review drawings and tender documentation, price labour, materials and subcontract packages, and liaise with clients and suppliers to support ongoing projects.
