Freelance Driver Training in Bristol offers flexible contract work at £150 per day through Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial, on behalf of PDT Fleet Training Solutions. You will deliver half-day (four-hour) and full-day coaching sessions on client premises, focusing on category B vehicles, primarily vans, alongside classroom-based induction or upgrade courses. Responsibilities include completing precise assessment reports promptly. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, relevant instructional qualifications, and experience in fleet training. This role suits self-employed professionals seeking varied assignments across Great Britain, working with prestigious clients. This role involves working with prestigious clients and delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country. PDT Fleet Training Solutions is looking to onboard several Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/ Instructors/ Assessors at multiple locations across Great Britain.

Responsibilities

• Delivering both half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B Vehicles (mostly vans).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.

Requirements

• Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an (ADI) Approved Driving Instructor Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
• A proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (positive driver behaviours are to be promoted).
• Experience in delivering courses in electric vehicles (free upskill training is available to the right applicants).
• Professional approach to the delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and report-writ ing skills.
• Your laptop and printer (all course presentation material is provided by PDT).
