Freelance Digital Business Analyst (B2B Commerce)

For a customer in East Flanders, I am searching for a freelance Digital Lead to replace a colleague going on maternity leave and take ownership of the website and B2B commerce platform landscape.

In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and the IT delivery teams to replace the existing commerce environment. The project involves the design and development of a new commerce experience, built on a hybrid architecture already proven for their content website, and to allow them to build additional commerce components.

Responsibilities

• You act as the key contact for all questions, incidents, and optimisations related to our existing websites (business as usual).
• You play a crucial role in the replatforming of our international B2B commerce and customer platform.
• You collect, structure, and translate business requirements into clear, complete specifications.
• You manage and collaborate closely with our external integration partner(s) to ensure smooth delivery.
• You safeguard technical quality, planning, and architectural decisions within the platform landscape.
