Freelance Creative - Remote, Flexible, Festivals & Mentoring

Eastbourne Digifest offers a Freelance Creative position for young people aged 16-25, with an extended range for Deaf, Disabled, or Neurodivergent individuals. The position allows for remote or hybrid working, flexible hours, and freelance contracts over six to twelve months.

Applicants will develop their creative skills while supporting the organisation's annual programme of festivals, events, and activities. Mentoring and personal development time will also be provided.
