Freelance Content Creator

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Creative Content Creator to develop original, engaging content and campaign concepts across social media platforms and digital channels. You will be responsible for creating platform-specific content, supporting campaign ideas, and producing dynamic visuals and videos to reach and engage diverse audiences for multiple clients.

The role also involves shooting content on-site, so flexibility to work on location is essential.

• Create and adapt content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Develop concepts and ideas for creative campaigns (email, social, web, offline)
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and visuals on-site or in the field
• Write captions and content aligned with platform best practices and audience tone
• Support visual storytelling through photography, video, quotes, and interviews
• Collaborate with internal team members to align content and timing
• Contribute to content calendars and suggest creative improvements
• Stay updated on social trends and propose platform-relevant ideas
• Ensure all content respects brand guidelines, tone, and message consistency

• 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and campaign support
• Skilled in short-form video creation and visual storytelling
• Knowledge of AI based content
• Confident working with a camera or smartphone to shoot content on-site
• Strong creative instincts and ability to pitch content ideas
• Knowledge of editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Rush, Adobe tools)
• Experience creating for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• French or Dutch is must with a good command of English.
