Community Manager - Freelance

We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to join a well-known premium consumer brand, supporting its social and community activity across key channels. This is a hands-on role focused on building an engaged community, strengthening brand love and ensuring every interaction reflects a premium tone of voice.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day community management, including monitoring conversations, responding to audiences, identifying reactive engagement opportunities and spotting relevant cultural and social trends. You'll work closely with wider social, content and marketing teams to help shape community-led ideas and ensure activity feels timely, engaging and on-brand.

Previous brand-side experience is beneficial, with agency experience preferred, particularly within fast-paced consumer accounts. Experience working with luxury or premium brands would be ideal, alongside a strong understanding of social platforms, community behaviours and how premium brands communicate with their audiences.

• Day rate: £250/day
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Contract: Full-time freelance
• Location: London - hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
• Agency experience: Preferred
• Luxury/premium brand experience: Ideal
