Caval is seeking a Civil Site Manager (freelance) in Worthing to oversee civil works, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards. Projects include excavations and roadworks, with reporting to the Project Manager.
Essential qualifications are First Aid, CSCS Card, Driving Licence and SMSTS; proven Civil Site Manager experience on civils schemes is required, with roads/highways exposure advantageous. Daily rate £300-£320 for a freelance assignment.
