Freelance Carpenters

We're always looking for freelance carpenters to join our in house team. You will work alongside the project lead, in house creative team, and project managers to deliver high finishes for the Retail, Leisure, Museum and Heritage sectors.

The role would suit those with a background in large scale set/scenic builds, bespoke bar/restaurant fit outs, events and exhibitions. Working predominantly from our premises in Bristol, the role will require occasional site installation work.

• Minimum of 3 years professional carpentry experience
• Portfolio of work that demonstrates suitability for the role
• Knowledge of materials and processes
• Ability to construct bespoke pieces in a timely yet durable manner
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
• Adherence to good housekeeping and strict health & safety within the workshop
• Competent in the use of power and hand tools
• Must have own basic toolkit
• Basic level of physical fitness due to manual handling required
• Ability to read technical working drawings
• Excellent timekeeping
• Team player
