Known for their quality, precision, and professionalism, they work with leading brands on high end fit outs in fast paced, live environments.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee and deliver high end retail fit out projects, with a particular focus on works within live shopping centres and occupied retail environments. This is a hands on role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fit out projects from pre construction through to completion
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate works within live environments, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations, particularly in public facing spaces
• Monitor programme, budget, and quality standards
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, landlords, and centre management teams
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports
• Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit out or interiors sector
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in live shopping centres and high end retail stores (essential)
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in live/public environments
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
• Full UK driving licence
