The role

• Develop your career in insurance fraud within a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
• Work with leading insurer clients, delivering innovative, practical solutions in challenging and fast moving matters.
• Take a hands on role in litigated fraud matters, with responsibility and autonomy from an early stage, supported by experienced senior fee earners.
• Manage your own caseload of litigated fraud claims, typically motor or casualty.
• Assist more senior fee earners on complex or high value fraud cases.

Skills required

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest in insurance fraud and a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
• Experience handling or assisting with litigated personal injury or fraud matters.
• Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing deadlines and a varied caseload.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
