Fraud Customer Care Specialist - Hybrid & Training

TSB Fraud Operations in Sunderland is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to protect customers and the business from fraud. You'll handle calls and gather information to resolve issues with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

You'll receive training and work 35 hours per week. Induction is 8 weeks in the office, followed by 2-3 days per week in-branch. A salary of £24,700 plus a strong benefits package is offered.
