The Opportunity

Join PUIG as a Fragrance Specialist for Penhaligon's in Brighton. This is a part time role (2 days per week, 15 hours total) that focuses on delivering an exceptional in store experience and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fragrance and beauty product consultations, creating memorable customer experiences.
• Build and maintain brand awareness, fostering customer loyalty for Penhaligon's.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining store standards.
• Stay current on fragrance trends, product knowledge and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, preferably in fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward personal sales goals.
• Genuine love of people, building relationships and sharing knowledge.
• Strong industry awareness and ability to spot market trends.
• Passion for Penhaligon's products and brand values.
