Role: Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant

Location: John Lewis Oxford Street, with responsibilities across Harrods Knightsbridge, Selfridges Oxford Street, Peter Jones, St Pancras Boutique, Covent Garden Boutique, and Battersea Power Station Boutique

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 days in 7

Your :

As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be a key ambassador, embodying our values and DNA.

Leveraging your experience, CHANEL will enable you to:

  • Demonstrate passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare
  • Create authentic, personalized experiences tailored to clients' needs
  • Ensure excellence in client service according to CHANEL's standards
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to increase loyalty
  • Contribute to sales through product knowledge, clienteling tools, events, and cross-category selling
  • Maintain an omni-channel approach for seamless in-store and online experiences
  • Collaborate within a diverse team to achieve collective goals

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a service-oriented approach
  • Confidence in applying product expertise to meet client needs
  • Good knowledge of Fragrance & Beauty products to close sales
  • Empathy and active listening skills to adapt to client needs
  • Enthusiasm for Fragrance & Beauty, demonstrated to clients and team
  • Problem-solving attitude to handle obstacles positively
