FP&A Manager - London

We are partnering with a leading multisite leisure company to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and commercial decision-making across the business.

The Role

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, providing clear insight and challenge to support growth and profitability. Acting as a key business partner, you will collaborate with operational and commercial teams to influence strategy and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-term planning cycles
• Deliver rolling forecasts, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting
• Produce insightful management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Build financial models to support business cases and investment decisions
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimise results
• Support process improvements across planning and reporting

About You

• Qualified with proven FP&A experience in a complex, multisite environment
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical ability
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
