Job Description

The FP&A Manager will deliver the monthly and on going management reporting requirements for FP&A for both our internal and external stakeholder groups. Working closely with group reporting team, FP&A and our shareholders you will ensure robust, timely and accurate reporting as well as value add analysis to drive internal and external decision making. You will support the FP&A leadership to deliver the forecasting and budget planning cycles and ad hoc refinancing processes.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • Own monthly like for like revenue reporting for the group
  • Own monthly and ad hoc external shareholder & group management reporting
  • Own monthly M&A reporting including deal activity and pipeline management
  • Own Leverage reporting, rolling last 12 month and debt metrics
  • Lead and deliver timely commentary for the group board report
  • Ensure reconciliation of the planning system to monthly management results
Business Partnering:
  • Foster strong relationships with the relevant internal teams to ensure robust inputs, commentary, and team collaboration
  • Deliver high quality analysis to support decision making for multiple stakeholder groups
  • Be the subject matter expert on the group like for like calculation
  • Understand the subsequent impacts of decisions on balance sheet and cashflow performance
  • Support the development of the group budget/forecast like for like revenue result
  • Support the development of the group cashflow and balance sheet budget/forecast
  • Support the development of the group EBITDA to PAT budget/forecast
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experience of in-depth analysis of financial data and ensuring outputs to the relevant stakeholders are clear, concise and reconciled
  • Experience of leading month endables to a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable with dealing with senior and external stakeholders
  • Able to flag and help manage risks identified through analysis and reporting
  • Experience with managing conflicting deadlines and reprioritisation
  • Comfortable with change in a rapidly expanding and developing business
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience of working with Oracle systems
  • Experience of working with Power BI
  • Experience of PE backed environment
  • Experience in a multi national environment
