The role involves supporting Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within UK&I Operations Finance, focusing on revenue and cost lines across managed and leased hotels in the UK & Ireland. The position reports to the FP&A Director, within a team of 7, responsible for delivering accurate performance analysis and forecasts to facilitate business decisions.

The role emphasizes standardization and excellence in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration across processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce consolidated P&L reports for UK&I, ensuring forecasting accuracy and performance insights.
  • Coordinate with Accounting functions to ensure timely actual cost input.
  • Utilize modelling and automation tools to develop standard reports.
  • Deepen understanding of hotel revenue and cost drivers to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Act as a strategic partner and financial advisor to hotel management and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Comply with fire, health, safety, and corporate policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, VBA, Power Query, scenario analysis.
  • Preferred hotel finance experience.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop reports and forecasts.
  • Strong problem-solving, initiative, and communication skills.
