FP&A Analyst - MI

FP&A Analyst - MI London Hybrid

An excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading insurance organisation.

The role will focus on translating financial and operational data into clear business insight, presenting findings to the wider business and supporting commercial decision-making.

Key requirements:

• Insurance experience is essential (General Insurance, Reinsurance or Lloyd's Market)
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is essential
• Strong FP&A / MI and variance analysis experience
• Able to translate and present data clearly to wider business stakeholders
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or other data visualisation tools desirable
• An interest in finance transformation, systems and integration

Key responsibilities:

• Produce management and executive-level MI
• Analyse performance, variances and key business drivers
• Translate data into clear, commercially focused insights
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Work with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams
• Support reporting improvements, automation and integration projects
