Founding Talent Lead - Build Our Hiring Engine (Remote)

Graswald AI is building the AI operating system for fashion brands and retailers. We're looking for a Founding Talent Lead to own the full talent function from day one, shaping hiring, employer branding, and people operations across engineering, product, and commercial teams.

You'll design end-to-end processes, build pipelines, and partner with the founding team to attract world-class talent while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality hires.
