Join a revenue-generating AI startup as a founding engineer building the core platform for the physical engineering world. You will develop multi-agent systems and geospatial pipelines that automate complex technical workflows for consultancies and regulators. This hybrid role combines deep technical execution with direct client engagement to accelerate global infrastructure delivery.

What you will do

• Build and ship production quality features using Python and React, including LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Lead technical discovery and product demos directly with clients to convert pilots into long term contracts.
• Own the end to end software lifecycle from design decisions and UI/UX to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate

• Strong full stack generalist with proven experience shipping production grade AI/ML systems and multi agent orchestration.
• Commercially minded engineer comfortable presenting to civil engineers, planning officers, and commercial directors.
• Autonomous operator with a background as a former founder or early stage engineer who thrives in 0 to 1 ambiguity.
