Founder's Associate (+ AI operations)
Posted 4 hours 34 minutes ago by Yes.inc
AI is changing everything, except for the power of human relationships.
Our focus is uncovering the value in human connections, through events, interviews and our flagship B2B sales service. Our network members come from some of the world's most prestigious institutions: NASA, Apple, Google.
In an era where AI alone can write software, make perfect marketing content and start companies by itself, distribution will be the only true moat left for companies: At Yes.inc, we will own the distribution - and we are the first company in the world to do so via human relationships.
We're seeking an ambitious Founder's Associate who is eager to kick-start their career in Startups, and is unapologetically open-minded. You will also spend a lot of your time building our internal AI systems, you do not need to know how to code necessarily, but a data-driven mindset would help.
What We Offer:
- Direct collaboration with our CEO, a successful serial entrepreneur
- Opportunity to shape core business processes in a fast-growing startup
- Chance to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory
The Ideal Candidate:
- Loves people and their stories.
- Highly analytical with a keen eye for process optimization
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving approach
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to implement tech solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and interfacing with our internal AI systems
- Client relationship management and operations
- Develop, implement, and optimize business processes across all departments
- Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement innovative solutions
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on operational strategy
Requirements:
- Worked in a fast-paced management consulting, for 1-2 years.
- Very strong academic performance
- Proficiency with business software and willingness to learn new tools
- Excellent communication skills (English only)
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
If you're passionate about operational excellence, thrive in dynamic environments, and are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
