We have an exciting opportunity to join QBE European Operations as the Foundation Manager, where you will lead and shape the strategic initiatives of the QBE Foundation. This role involves collaborating with global teams to drive impactful programs and partnerships. We consider hybrid workers within any of our UK and European offices and are open to discussing flexible working options.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage the Foundation's strategy, partnerships, programs, initiatives, and events across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Canada.
- Oversee daily operations and design targeted online campaigns and engagement projects.
- Manage the Foundation's budget, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Make autonomous decisions regarding grants and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to promote the Foundation and organization's interests.
- Represent the Foundation at various functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate programs promoting good corporate citizenship through diversity and inclusion.
- Conduct due diligence on charities for divisional grants and assist in funding decisions.
- Experience in managing corporate charity or foundation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to align regional strategies with global objectives through strategic planning.
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment and adapting to changing priorities.
