Fostering Social Work Lead - Hybrid (West Midlands)

Cambian Group Plc, via By The Bridge, is seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join the West Midlands team. You will support foster families and social workers with a caseload of 6-7, covering Coventry, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, with monthly team meetings and hybrid office days at Tamworth or Marston Green.

Salary up to £40,000 plus car allowance; hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office.
