  • Perform detailed financial analysis, review accounting records and gather evidence to support investigations and dispute resolution.
  • Support clients and legal advisers across commercial and shareholder disputes, post-acquisition matters, professional negligence claims and other contentious situations.
  • Manage key client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring engagement risks and sensitive matters are appropriately managed.
  • Work with forensic technology and data specialists to support data analytics, eDiscovery and technology-enabled investigations.
  • Manage project plans, engagement teams, deadlines and deliverables across multiple assignments.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, providing guidance, feedback and support.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitches and business development activities, building relationships with clients, legal advisers, regulators and the wider market.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the continued growth and development of the Forensics practice.
  • Ensure engagements are delivered in line with professional standards, regulatory requirements and internal risk procedures.

Your team:

Our Forensics team advises clients across a broad range of matters including commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, expert witness assignments, investigations, fraud and misconduct matters, business valuations, regulatory reviews and forensic technology projects.
