Footwear Quality Inspector & Final-Check Specialist

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Northampton is seeking a Production Operative for a footwear manufacturing site. This temporary-to-permanent, full time role focuses on final inspection and ensuring finished shoes meet strict quality standards before dispatch.

You will inspect, identify faults, carry out rectification where possible, and support continuous improvement. The shift is Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30 and Fri 07:30-12:30, with pay around £14.42 per hour (£30k+ yearly) and on-site parking.
