Food Service Manager

We're looking for a confident and driven Food Service Manager to lead a high profile staff dining operation at a flagship London location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up into a larger, fast paced environment with significant responsibility and visibility.

You'll have strong support from the get go, reporting directly to the Deputy Account Manager. In this role, you'll oversee a dynamic food service operation that includes retail style dining, vending services, and two on site coffee bars, catering to a high volume of daily customers. You'll be responsible for leading and developing teams, ensuring smooth day to day operations, and delivering a consistently high standard of service across all areas.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a busy, high footfall food service environment
• Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
• Overseeing retail dining, vending operations, and two coffee bars
• Driving standards in service, food quality, and customer experience
• Managing performance, rotas, and day to day operational challenges

What we're looking for

• Experience in a fast paced food service or hospitality environment
• Confidence in managing people and large scale operations
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to adapt quickly
• Someone ready to take the next step into a larger contract and environment
