Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food Services Assistant, you'll be working in one of our partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation there. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first class guest experience. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22 00 will attract a night premium of £3.75 per hour. This will also apply to existing partners who have enrolled onto enhanced hours premium arrangements. Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Show flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed and always be ready to lend a hand to your fellow team members to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for both fellow partners and guests.
  • Use excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and share your passion for good food and drink.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise.
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
PAY & CONTRACT DETAILS

Closing Date: June 22, 2026
Pay: £13.00 (£13.25 after 90 days)
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours of Work: Varied hours of full time work (37.5 hrs) across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends between 07 00
Job Level: Partnership Level 10
