Food Retail Frontline Specialist - Fast, Five-Star Service

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to deliver five-star service at pace on the shop floor. You'll be a frontline ambassador who helps customers, recommends products, and contributes to a busy, high-energy environment.

You'll work the specified evening shifts (Mon/Wed/Thu/Sat 17:00-21:00), using Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience while collaborating with teammates to keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.
