About the Role

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Factory Workers for an extremely busy food manufacturing site in Uttoxeter. These are immediate start opportunities offering long-term, permanent work within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a food production line ensuring products meet quality standards
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting production targets and team objectives
• Carrying out general factory duties as required

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
