As an F&B Supervisor at TFE Hotels, you will oversee all culinary areas, set standards, and ensure their implementation with full accountability. You will supervise your team, coordinate tasks across service periods, and ensure area setup meets departmental guidelines. Your role includes training team members, managing opening and closing duties, and handling billing and POS systems proficiently.
