Job title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor, Malmaison Leeds
Rate / Hours: £13.09 per hour, plus Tronc
Type of Contract: Permanent / 40 hours per week

Role Overview

The position is part of Malmaison Leeds, open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, ensuring guests receive high standard service and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
• Control the pace of service and communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team.
• Ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a busy restaurant or bar setting.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high service standards.
