Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £14.10, Casual Contract

Hours: Full-time/Part-time (including evenings & weekends)

You'll be leading teams across the Café, Burger Kitchen, Ice Cream Unit, and Kiosk, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting your team members to grow and succeed. Building on the vision behind Sea Lanes Brighton, you'll play a vital role in creating something truly special.

Master Multi Unit Operations

• Confidently operate and oversee all four food & beverage units
• Maintain speed, quality, and presentation across every service point
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
• Spot issues before they become problems and take swift action

Keep Standards High

• Ensure food and drink preparation meets our quality standards every time
• Oversee cleaning schedules and maintain inviting service areas
• Support stock rotation and manage waste reduction
• Complete compliance documents and operational reports accurately
• Report equipment issues and hazards promptly

Create Safe Environments

• Follow all legal, company, and safety procedures without exception
• Ensure your team understands and implements safety protocols
• Stay calm under pressure and lead by example during busy periods
• Support a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility
