Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £14.10, Casual Contract
Hours: Full-time/Part-time (including evenings & weekends)
You'll be leading teams across the Café, Burger Kitchen, Ice Cream Unit, and Kiosk, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting your team members to grow and succeed. - Confidently operate and oversee all four food & beverage units
- Maintain speed, quality, and presentation across every service point
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
- Spot issues before they become problems and take swift action
- Ensure food and drink preparation meets our quality standards every time
- Oversee cleaning schedules and maintain inviting service areas
- Support stock rotation and manage waste reduction
- Complete compliance documents and operational reports accurately
- Report equipment issues and hazards promptly
- Follow all legal, company, and safety procedures without exception
- Ensure your team understands and implements safety protocols
- Stay calm under pressure and lead by example during busy periods
- Support a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility
