As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Food & Beverage Reservations Executive to join our team on a full-time permanent contract.
About the RoleAs a Food & Beverage Reservations Executive, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for restaurant reservations across the resort, you will ensure every guest enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with the warmth and attention to detail that defines Adare Manor.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management Team, you will work closely with our restaurants, golf operations, guest relations and front office teams to maximise reservations, support guest satisfaction and deliver a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage restaurant reservations across all Food & Beverage outlets using the resort's reservation systems.
- Respond to guest enquiries via telephone, email and online booking platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with managing waitlists, special requests, large party bookings and event-related dining reservations.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through effective reservation management and upselling where appropriate.
- Monitor booking trends and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the exceptional service standards of Adare Manor.
We're looking for someone who is guest-focused, organised, professional and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in a reservations, front office, guest relations or hospitality administration role.
- Experience working within a luxury hospitality environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence using reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Flexibility to support business needs and work collaboratively across departments.
