Job Description

The Food & Beverage Assistant position is a varied role and great for those looking to start their career in a kitchen environment, hospitality or attractions. You will play an integral part in the wider Food & Beverage team, reporting to the head chef. This role involves assisting and supporting with food production, taking orders at the till and serving food whilst demonstrating great customer service skills.

• Handling food orders in line with national Food Hygiene standards
• Assisting with deliveries
• Ensuring our fridge's and stock room are clean and organised/well stocked at all times
• Maintaining clean working areas (washing utensils and cutlery, removing kitchen waste/emptying bins, cleaning floors and all surfaces)

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role.

Additional Information

We are recruiting for a part/full-time position on a permanent contract. Weekday and holiday season availability is essential for this role.
