Food and Beverage Assistant - Cast Rooftop Bar!

The Cast Rooftop Bar at Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for an F&B Team Member to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life!

We are looking for someone who is available to work Part Time (contracts available between 8 and 16 hours per week), weekends and evening availability is essential for this role. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract to support our busy summer period.

As an F&B Team Member (Part Time, Fixed Term contract), you can expect to carry out the following duties

• Greeting guests, taking orders and serving them - you will communicate with guests and be knowledgeable of the menu to provide recommendations and a personalised service. Experience working in a similar hospitality role is desired but we are mainly looking for a warm and authentic personality.
• Working in a team to create an excellent environment for guests - you will be working closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to ensure guests have an excellent experience. You will communicate positively and clearly and be aware of allergen information and training.
