As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be attentive to the guests' needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations and serve accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

You will be part of the Bar team supporting each other to consistently deliver memorable moments, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for greater guest experience. Here's what you will be expected to do:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
• To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the outlet, and to know where to find all the information.
• To be aware of all F&B Promotions in place in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety)
