FMCG Field Growth Executive (Remote)

Ersilia is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage and grow a premium FMCG client portfolio across the Midlands and East Anglia. The role focuses on account management (80%) and new business development (20%), building trusted partnerships with store managers and purchasing teams.

You will identify growth opportunities, implement sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, with regular territory travel to nurture relationships.
