This is a *Lichfield* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisationworking on *analysing tender submissions and supporting evaluations*

Role Overview
Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to support FM projects through cost modelling, pricing development, and tender analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop should-cost models (in-house data & BCIS)
• Build and adapt pricing booklets (Excel)
• Analyse tender submissions and support evaluations
• Produce tender reports for business cases

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Experience/knowledge of FM projects
• Strong Excel and cost modelling skills
• BCIS experience desirable
• Able to work independently

Working Pattern

• Hybrid (3 days onsite) 3 days on site
• Litchfield
