Fluent French Speaking Contract Senior Project Manager - Business Divestment and IT TSA Delivery
Location: 100% Remote (UK-based)
Day Rate: £600-£650pd, outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced fluent French speaking Senior Project Manager to lead a critical business divestment programme and the subsequent delivery of IT Transitional Services Agreements (TSA). This role requires strong expertise in IT separation planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management expertise for the divestment programme, covering separation planning, execution oversight, critical-path management, and cross-functional governance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT Separation Plan, including scope definition, RAID management, cutover planning, dependencies, TSA timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Deliver cross-stream governance and reporting, including weekly status reports, executive dashboards, risk escalation, TSA dependency tracking, and readiness assessments for cutover events.
• Lead cutover and go-live management, ensuring runbooks are in place, pre-cutover checkpoints are confirmed, and execution is coordinated across teams.
• Manage hypercare and issue resolution post-cutover.
• Support TSA exit by ensuring all agreed services and deliverables under TSAs and sale agreements are met and transitioned to purchasing organisations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing IT separation and TSA delivery projects.
• Strong background in migrations and systems cutover projects, including M365 and AWS application migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Fluent French speaker (critical requirement).
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and critical paths across multiple IT workstreams.
