FLT/ Line Operative

I'm looking for a reliable and hardworking FLT / Production Line Operative to join a well-established company based in Heckington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for consistent, full-time work with regular overtime available.

You will be:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock around the site.
• Working on the production line to ensure products are processed efficiently.
• Carrying out general warehouse and production duties as required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Supporting the wider team to meet production targets.

Duration: This is a temporary to permanent position.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.99 an hour with overtime paid at £16.23 an hour. You will accrue up to 28 days of holiday per year.Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday up to 12 hours a day.

What you need:

• A valid FLT licence is essential.
• Previous experience operating a forklift truck.
• Experience working on a production line is advantageous but not essential.
• A strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to support where needed.
