FLT Counterbalance Driver Golborne, Warrington £13.49 per hour + Overtime paid at £20.24 per hour after 40 hours 4 on, 4 off Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) Weekly Pay Immediate Starts Available Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Golborne, Warrington.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering a structured shift pattern, regular overtime and weekly pay.

With excellent motorway access from the M6, this role is ideal for experienced forklift truck operators seeking long-term work within a fast-paced production environment.

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement and control of raw materials across the site to ensure production requirements are met.

• Loading and unloading materials using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Delivering raw materials to production areas in line with operational requirements
• Supporting stock movement throughout the manufacturing facility
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards within warehouse and production areas
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required
• To be successful in this FLT Counterbalance Driver role, you will need:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, logistics or warehouse environment
• A good understanding of health and safety practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience as a Forklift Truck Driver, FLT Operator, Materials Handler, Warehouse Operative or Logistics Operative.

Pay & Benefits - £13.49 per hour

• Overtime paid at £20.40 per hour after 40 hours worked - 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
• Days and nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
