FLT - Reach Truck Driver - Days

Overview

Our award winning client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Day Shift Reach Truck Driver to join their busy food production facility in Kingswinford.

Job Title: Day Shift Reach Truck Driver

Location: Kingswinford

Hours: Day Shift - weekly rotating shifts - 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm

Salary: £14.27 per hour, overtime after 37.5 hours paid at £18.58

Contract Type: On-going temporary.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck to move and stack products.
• Transfer goods safely within the warehouse, production, and yard areas.
• Perform pre-shift safety checks and report faults or damage to equipment.
• Follow health & safety protocols and site rules at all times.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid and in-date Reach Truck licenses (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) with one year of experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable

• Experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
