As the educational arm of Westminster City Council, WAES offers courses in childcare, ESOL, accounting, digital, creative arts and more. We aim to provide opportunities for people to grow, develop and acquire new skills, supporting diverse communities and nurturing talent.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver teaching resources and lessons in the Level 1 Foundation in Floristry.
• Conduct one to ones and tutorials to support learner progress.
• Carry out marking, assessment and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor learner performance and identify progression opportunities.
• Ensure learners complete their work on time and achieve high outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualification at Level 3.
• Qualification in floristry at Level 4 or above.
• Experience teaching adults on accredited courses.
• Strong ability to engage diverse groups and deliver outstanding learner experience.
• Passion for helping adult learners develop new skills, progress and achieve their goals.
