Floor Layer - Commercial Building - South London - Immediate start - On-going - £29 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in South London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Floor Layerto cover a commercial site. He or she will have a proven track record in laying vinly flooringideally with experience on commercial sites.

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• On-going contract
• £29per hour via umbrella
• Immediate start

Responsibilities:

• Complete flooring installations from start to finish, including vinyl sheet (cap and cove), carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl tile.
• Carry out welded vinyl installations, including cap and cove finishes.
• Deliver highquality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.
• Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in floor laying.
• Proven experience installing vinyl sheet, carpets and carpet tiles
• Skilled in all aspects of subfloor preparation
• Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
