Floating Support Caseworker

Location: Harlesden office / Hybrid (2 days required in office)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term until March 2027

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (based on scales and experience)

We are seeking a passionate Floating Support Caseworker to join our team and provide specialist, trauma-informed support to women experiencing domestic abuse and harmful practices.

As an IDVA Caseworker, you will:

• Deliver one-to-one, client-centred casework, advocacy, and safety planning.
• Support women with complex needs including housing, immigration/NRPF, welfare rights, legal processes, and mental wellbeing.
• Work closely with multi agency partners to manage risk and safeguard women and children.
• Facilitate access to counselling, therapeutic support, education, training, and employment opportunities.
• Record outcomes, monitor service impact, and contribute to AWRC's ongoing service development.
