Flight Simulator Operator - ATMS Training Specialist

Aquila ATMS at RAF Shawbury seeks a Flight Simulator Operator to join the training team. You will create and manage realistic Air Traffic Management scenarios, operate ACPs, and support the delivery of military ATC exercises for RAF, Royal Navy and allied personnel.

Based at the Defence College of Air and Space Operations, the role combines hands-on simulator work with collaboration among Trainers, Trainees and fellow Operators to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
